Who we are
BookToReel, OpenSheet, OpenBook Accounting and PDF All are provided by Flexate Group Ltd, the data controller for your account information.
What we store
Your account email, credit balance and purchases; the projects, documents, invoices, ledger entries, contacts, receipts and PDFs you save. OpenSheet sheets and PDF markup are kept in your own browser until you save or export them.
How we use it
Only to run the service you asked for: saving your work, processing payments, applying credits and keeping the platform safe. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
When you choose a paid AI feature (for example Read receipt or Explain this report), the content needed for that request is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. Free tools run in your browser.
Storage & security
Saved records and files are stored in our secure cloud backend and are visible only to your account, except items you deliberately share (such as an invoice share link).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. You can delete files and records yourself at any time inside each app.
