AI Audiobook & Voice Casting Studio terms & disclaimers

Audio & voice intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the final audio files, audiobooks, and voice tracks you render and export (.mp3/.wav) through the Audiobook Studio. Flexate Group Ltd claims no ownership over user-generated audio files.

Voice synthesis & likeness disclaimer

It is strictly prohibited to use the voice cloning or voice casting tools to replicate the voice of real living people, celebrities, public figures, or private individuals without their explicit, legal consent.

You are 100% legally responsible for the voice profiles you select, configure, or upload. Flexate Group Ltd disclaims all liability for unauthorized voice impersonations or copyright infringement of protected voice likenesses.

Commercial distribution & compliance

If you intend to commercially distribute or monetize generated audiobooks on external platforms (such as Audible, Spotify, or Apple Podcasts), you are responsible for verifying that you hold the required licensing rights for those platforms.

Flexate Group Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and terminate access to the service if the voice generation or audio tools are used to generate harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content.

AI Cartoon & Comic Book Studio Terms & Disclaimers

Comic & sequential art intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the final comic books, graphic novels, panel layouts, and graphic art exports (.pdf/image archives) you create through the Comic & Cartoon Studio. Flexate Group Ltd claims no ownership over user-generated comic works.

Visual content & copyright disclaimers

Comic panels and character art are generated using artificial intelligence. Flexate Group Ltd does not guarantee the uniqueness, copyright clearance, or commercial trademark availability of generated artwork or character designs. Your ownership of an export does not establish copyright protection or grant rights in third-party intellectual property.

You are responsible for independently verifying and vetting your generated comic books, artwork, and character designs before commercial publication, merchandising, or print-on-demand distribution, including obtaining any required permissions and licences.

Prohibited content & safety rules

Generating defamatory, infringing, explicit, or copyright-violating comic art or character likenesses is expressly prohibited. You must not use the Comic & Cartoon Studio to violate another person's intellectual property or likeness rights or to create harmful material.

Flexate Group Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and terminate access to the service if comic generation tools are abused or used to generate harmful material.

AI Music Studio & Timeline Video Editor Terms & Disclaimers

Music & soundtrack intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the final music tracks, scores, and soundscapes you generate through the Digital Music Studio. Flexate Group Ltd claims no ownership over user-generated audio files or compositions.

Timeline Video Editor & export disclaimers

You retain full ownership of the exported .mp4 video compilations you create within the Timeline Video Editor.

Because a timeline can combine AI-generated text, images, voices, and music, Flexate Group Ltd disclaims all liability for any third-party copyright overlaps or infringements arising from your rendered media. You are responsible for vetting your final rendered video before public distribution or commercial monetization.

Using the Music Studio or the Timeline Video Editor to generate defamatory, infringing, or harmful multimedia content is expressly prohibited. Flexate Group Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and terminate access to the service for abuse of these tools.

Vibe Audio & Video Workstation Terms

Ownership and uploaded media

You retain ownership of your original compositions, recordings and final Vibe exports (.wav, .mid, .mp4 and project archives). Flexate Group Ltd claims no ownership over your works. Upload only media you own or are licensed to edit and distribute; exporting a file does not grant rights in third-party music, recordings, footage or likenesses.

AI sound design and commercial use

AI-generated sounds and combined media are not guaranteed to be unique, copyright-cleared or free of trademark conflicts. Flexate Group Ltd disclaims liability for third-party copyright overlaps. You must independently vet outputs and hold required licences before publication or monetisation, including distribution to Spotify, Audible and Apple Podcasts.

Local grammar and readability checks are suggestions, not professional editorial guarantees. Imported AI text and artwork are not guaranteed unique, copyright-cleared or free of trademark conflicts; Flexate Group Ltd disclaims liability for third-party copyright overlaps. Independently vet content and obtain required licences before publication. Browser PDF output is RGB, not certified CMYK or PDF/X; verify dimensions, pagination, fonts and printer specifications before production.

PDF All Terms

You own every PDF you upload, annotate or sign, and every exported copy; originals are never altered. On-screen signatures are a convenience and are not a certified e-signature service — you are responsible for their legal validity. AI receipt reading in OpenBook costs 1 credit and may misread figures; always check them. Flexate Group Ltd disclaims liability for AI output and reserves the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

Live Rooms & Calls Terms

You own everything you create in a live room. Room pads, audio, video and keystrokes are sent live and are not recorded or stored by Flexate Group Ltd; anyone with the room link who is signed in can join, so share links carefully. Hosts are responsible for who they invite and for getting consent before anyone records a session. Flexate Group Ltd disclaims liability for content shared by participants and reserves the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

OpenSheet Terms

You own your spreadsheets and every CSV/XLSX export. Sheets are stored in your browser and processed locally. Formula results are provided as-is; Flexate Group Ltd disclaims liability for calculation errors or decisions made from them, and reserves the right to suspend accounts for abuse.

OpenBook Accounting Terms

Your data and exports

You retain full ownership of your invoices, ledgers, client details and PDF exports. Flexate Group Ltd claims no ownership over your financial records. OpenBook Accounting is included with the Starter plan.

Not financial or tax advice

OpenBook Accounting is a record-keeping and estimation aid, not accountancy, tax or legal advice. Tax and VAT figures are estimates only; you are responsible for verifying calculations and meeting your obligations to HMRC or your local tax authority. Flexate Group Ltd disclaims all liability for filings, penalties or losses arising from reliance on these estimates.

Shared invoice links

Shareable invoice links are visible to anyone holding the link. Share them only with intended recipients. Fraudulent, misleading or unlawful invoicing is prohibited; Flexate Group Ltd reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and terminate access for abuse.
